We know that shopping online for workwear can sometimes be a bit of a guessing game—especially when it comes to sizes and fit. That’s why we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as simple and fuss-free as possible.

At WorkStitch, customer satisfaction comes first. Whether it’s a wrong size, different colour than expected, or just not quite right—we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any item.
  • Items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition

Please note: Any garments that have been customised, embroidered, printed, or marked cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

  1. Start your return online
    Visit our Returns Portal here: https://portal.refundid.com/stores/workstitch
    Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  2. Package your items
    Repack your item in its original bag/box. Don’t forget to include your returns form inside the parcel so we can process it quickly.
  3. Post it back to us
    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you all the instructions. Please use a trackable service to ensure it gets to us safely.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll dispatch your requested exchange right away (stock permitting). If it’s not available, we’ll offer a store credit or refund as per your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to show on your statement after it’s been processed
  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there’s been a mistake on our end

❗ Important Notes

  • Workwear returned without original packaging or tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange
  • Items sent back without a returns form may delay processing
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll sort it out—fast. 

Please contact us at hello@workstitch.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our customer support team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a solution.
