Return An Item

Easy returns with Australia Post Collect & Return, no labels, no printing, no problem!

Please make sure your return is in the original packaging, unworn and with the swing tags attached. If it is not then we will not be able to accept your return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We suggest you try on the items as soon as you receive them.

STEP 1

Go to the Returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Enter a few simple details.

Once submitted, you’ll be emailed your unique barcode

STEP 2

Choose to drop your return at any Post Office. Don't worry, you don't even need to print off the label. Just show your barcode and they'll do the rest.
You can print off the label at home and drop your return at Post Office, Street Post Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies

STEP 3

You’ll be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
